Error Log

Copy this table after every practice set. An error log is more valuable than re-reading notes you already know.

• Formula not known
• Concept confused
• Misread wording
• Arithmetic slip
• Poor time decision
• Pseudocode update order
• Loop/condition error
• Coding edge case
• Coding syntax/input-output
• Panic/attention lapse

The repair rule

For each row:

1. Write one sentence explaining the correct rule.
2. Link the specific note.
3. Re-solve an equivalent question after two hours.
4. Re-solve it once more the next day.
